LAWBACH participated on 16 May and 16 October 2018 with entrepreneurs on the choice of a legal structure, a commercial lease and domiciliation, as part of the formation provided by the the "Chambre de Commerce et de l’Industrie of Val de Marne". In this regard, it is recalled that in the case of an assignment of a commercial lease (or a transfer of goodwill) it is important to check the remaining duration of the commercial lease with the current lessee in order to avoid unpleasant surprises ... The attractive conditions of the commercial lease with the current lessee will not necessarily be the same for the buyer if the lease comes to an end, so it is sometimes preferable to obtaining a new agreement.
