Conference on the Conflict between Partners

LAWBACH participated in a conference for "Réseau Entreprendre" on June 4, 2019 on the question "How to succeed in the relationship between Partners?". The main sources of tensions and conflicts between partners are linked either to the management of the Company (strategic orientations, operational choices, profitability or cash flow problems, distribution of responsibilities, ...) or to people (personal objectives, work methods, personalities, values ...).
